Program/Workshop Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is a statement of commitment to attend the workshop on the scheduled date. Therefore, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you register. Deposits must be paid no later than two months prior to the event. The balance is due three weeks prior to the workshop and will incur a $25 late fee if received afterward. If two months prior to the workshop there are not enough registered participants, we will cancel the workshop and refund your money. Otherwise, all payments are nonrefundable. If you have a true emergency that will prevent you from attending, please contact Rose Evans as (760) 822-3272 to discuss your circumstances. If you are unable to meet the payment schedule, please contact Rose in advance to discuss the possibility of alternate arrangements.
