A food plan is a comprehensive list of foods which are intuitively customized to support your body, mind and spirit, as well as a meal planning structure. Helen intuitively “reads” your unique body needs and helps you to select the foods which support your optimal health and well-being. Food plans include all categories of food and describe which foods in each category support you. Your unique food plan includes choices for what to eat at each meal and what to choose for snacks. It also details which combinations of foods are best for you and at what times of day they are the most beneficial.
Frequently Asked Questions about A Food Plan:
Can I benefit from the food plan if I follow it most of the time, but still eat other foods and drink some alcohol? You will not receive the same benefit as you would if you follow it completely.
Why should I use a Stream Food Plan and not one from the many books on nutrition or body types? One difference is that the Stream Food Plan is intuited uniquely for you. We have seen many people benefit from this customized approach who have not realized benefit from other approaches.
What will The Stream Food Plan do for me? The purpose of the Stream Food Plan is to help support your body to reach its optimal well-being. We cannot claim any particular outcome. People have experienced some amazing outcomes, but the Food Plan is not the sole reason for these results. People who have seen amazing results from using Stream Food Plans also use additional support via counseling, exercise, medical treatment, workshops, support groups, etc.
What is my part in the process? Your part is to be willing to be supported to release any blocks you may have to changing the way you eat and drink. Your own intuition and connection to your body will aid in the process of accessing your body’s wisdom.
